How to book, terms, conditions, payments...
Most aspects of our tours can be tailored to your liking, so ask about anything that might be of interest to you. Itineraries, booking, routes, and schedules can all be reviewed and discussed. And don’t worry if it seems impossible: if it can be done, we will do it.
After your tour itinerary is defined and the booking confirmed, we will send you a link for pre-authorization of your deposit. The deposit is not charged, it is pre-authorized on your credit card.
For deposit, we accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Visa, Amex, Mastercard).
Authorization of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Once the deposit is confirmed, we will send you a tour voucher, detailing your inclusions, meeting place and time, your guide and driver’s names and contacts, and all other pertinent specifics.
Payment in full is required in cash on the spot, directly to your guide/driver.
REGULATIONS AND RULES
Deposit in full is charged if the tour gets canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the program.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption, and baggage insurance) once your trip has been booked. Health, accident, and emergency evacuation insurance are also strongly advised. Detailed information will be provided upon receipt of a deposit, or upon request.
Credit Card payments
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount that your credit card will be charged with is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna in accordance to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is further converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of these conversions, there is a possibility of a slight variation from the original price stated on our website.
